At Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy, we are committed to caring for the whole person. In partnership with Norman Public Schools, we offer a unique and innovative classroom environment where young students interact daily with grands – our cherished elders who provide their time, wisdom, experience, special skills, and interest. Together, they talk, play, and learn from each other every day.

Lori Branson, Intergenerational Program Liaison

Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy

Lori started working at Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy in July 2019 and helped to launch the Intergenerational Program. She enjoys witnessing the delightfully genuine interactions between the "grands" and pre-K students daily.

Lori collaborates with Norman Public Schools to plan a fun and full calendar. She said the program benefits both parties and brings joy and spontaneity to the care community. Lori sees the importance of the relationships that form over time and finds her job extremely rewarding.
